The Most Reputable Tangier Guide

My husband and I had an unbelievable trip to Morocco thanks in a large part to our Guide that we found online through other People's recommendations in travel forums on Fodors. Ben_Charif, [tangierguide@yahoo.com] planned 3 days for us in Morocco. There was not a Question he Nould Not answer about the sites we saw. And we saw a lot of sites...Tangier's & Region, Tetouan, Chefchaouen, Marrakesh and Casablanca. everywhere we went a new van was waiting to take us past all the commotion to the next site. And Charif was with us every step of the way, but at the same time giving us free time to explore each site on our own. When we wanted to go shopping, Charif took us to the most reputable shops and advised us on what to buy and what to avoid. He helped us avoid all the mishaps that one might find traveling in Morocco on your own and trust me there are many! Even after our tour ended, we had five extra hours in Casablanca on our own. Charif called each day just to check in on us and find out if he could assist with anything. He went above and beyond and we were thankful for those who recommended him. Hopefully we pass it on and either way, we highly suggest using a guide or tour company in Morocco. We have traveled to 16 countries in the last 6 months and this was the only place we have used a guide and we were very happy to have him.

Special Casablanca and Tangier's Tour Guide

On a recent Trip to Spain, my husband and I Took a Catamaran From Tarifa to Tangier's Morocco and spent a fabulous day With Abdelhamid- a guide we found through this board. Part of our day was spent at the Musee de La Kasbah, We also spent time walking through several neighborhoods in the Medina and Souks, learning about The People, their history and culture. Abdelhamid's knowledge of Moroccan Geo/history really brought things to life for us. I can't wait to return and revisit the Fantastic City of Casablanca with Abdelhamid! great place to visit

Great place to visit, Great places for cheap prices. go and enjoy it, summer like winter, the weather is always great, you can even enjoy the beach in December sometimes. paradise for surfers, and bargain for souvenir shoppers

Casablanca de mes amours

This is a great place to visit, if you go to a cheap hotel in the old city you have all the stores you can find for chopping and for a taxi fair of a couple of dollares you can get to Ain Diab where all the nice night clubs are right on the water. I read a few comments that are negative, and I agree casablanca like any other city has a few bad places, so if you end up in a cabaret of the old city you are more likely to find lower class poeple and a few porstitutes since it is normal to find that by a port. bars are not the first place to go but there are many pubs that are really nice, I went to findingo which was a great experience, i had a lot of fun and the poeple are really nice, by the way this was on corniche blvd that where the fun is, old city is not the best place to be at night but it is safe as long as you do not end up in the small streets of that area.
