This isn't the Bill Wong's I remember!

one star

Ouch! What happened to this formerly, best oriental nitch? The flavor has gone, the food is now low-end, servers cold-shouldered. If I had seen the condition of the restroom before eating - I would have left immediately. It doesn't help that 6 hours after eating there I became so sick I had to go to the doctor.

Much better than we expected

five stars

We found this place and gave it a go. The food was excellent and the choice was awesome. It was a help yourself to whatever you like place except for the prime rib which the guy cut me a massive piece off. When I went back up for more food, he offered me another slice. I said no ,but it was very very good. I wanted to sample something else. They have soups, prawns, nuggets n chips if the kids want it, ribs, chow mein, lots of meat and vegetables, rice dishes, noodles, crackers, desserts, the lot. And unlike most of the areas buffets, the food was of good quality. We are going to Florida again this year and we will visit this place again. Recommended.

Great for: Groups, Kids

very good

five stars

clean, spacious, good food & service at a reasonable price. One of the best in town. And as a bonus, usually not criwded due to it's slightly out of the way location

My Favorite restaurant.

five stars

I love this buffet. I never go to Orlando without eating there. It has been my favorite place to eat for several years. I recommend it to everyone I meet. The service is unbeatable. The food is wonderful, especially the honey garlic spareribs. They have the best Mandarin orange ice cream to finish the meal.

We cant wait to go back!!

five stars

Me and my wife went to Bill Wongs during August 04 (just before Frances) and i have to say the food was tremendous! After being dissapointed by what Sizzlers (192) had to offer this buffet was worth every cent, The fresh prawns were gorgeous and the prawn curry stirfry was also amazing. The service was great too, refill after refill, a kind and friendly place which should be visited by all lovers of chinese food!

Great Chinese Buffet

five stars

Very good food with lots of variety. Several types of ribs pork/beef and excellent tender prime rib every night. Lots of Oriental specialties and excellent deserts and 8 choices of gourmet ice cream. I recommend the Chicken with baby asparagus, and Mandarin Orange Ice cream for desert. Price of $13.95 is a good value. Drinks are extra.

A great experience you get your drinks immediately with refills that keep coming, and the food if you can eat it they well keep it coming. With some of the best ribs on the drive.

AWFUL!!! Don't waste your time or your money.

one star

I recently visited Orlando on a vacation. I visited Bill Wong's Famous buffet Friday, November 5, 2004 5:13 pm, and my experience was just AWFUL!. The food appeared to be old and over cooked. The noodle dishes were hard and crusty. The beef ribs did not taste fresh. They had a grey coloring, and it was obvious that Bill Wong's buffet attempted to sell OLD ribs by covering bad food with fresh barbecue sauce. The shrimp tempera's batter was stale, the sesame chicken was hard and dried out, and the shrimp and scallop vegetable dish was spoiled. Yuk! I sent my food back and opted to just have a cup of chinese tea. I would have enjoyed my tea better if it would have been served in a chinese teapot and a chinese tea cup instead of a coffee pot and a coffee mug. I decided to dine at Bill Wong's because it was highly recommended (five stars *****) by a Orlando, FL dining website. Needless to say, I was very disappointed. On a good note the wait staff was great and I left a very generous tip considering I only had the tea.
