We have just returned from the Fortina Spa Hotel in Selima and paid alot of money for the non-priviledge. The pool areas were dirty the bars also not clean also some of the staff were down right rude. We paid to stay in the 5 star tower but there was not enough room to swing a cat, my grandson had to sleep on a camp bed. They moved us after 4 days (downgrade with no refund) at least the maid could now clean the room. Everyone we spoke to had the same trouble concerning the accomodation, no-one received what they had paid for. No entertainment for the children, the water in the pool was very salty and actually bleached several pairs of his swim shorts. The only plus point was the food but even then you had to book for tha Al-a-carte restaurants often finding them fully booked.

(Report Problem)Malta is great! I went last summer and I will go again this summer because it's a magnificent place. The Maltese people make you feel more than welcome in their motherland. They are very friendly and always there, ready to help you. About Malta? If you like long, quiet walks in the countryside, the northern part of the island is the place. Central Malta is quite busy, so if you like nighlife and shopping, this is where you should go. The southern part of Malta is rich in history. Malta megalithic temples date back to 5000B.C., older than the pyramids in Egypt and older than Stonehenge in England. Even thougfh Malta is a very small island, it is filled with everything. The place is amazing! And the sea? Extra-amazing! If you're planning to go on a holiday, Malta is the place to go! It's really worth a visit!
