Worst experience ever!

The worst customer service ever! They were rude and unhelpful. I went because I received a coupon for manicure/pedicure and 20 minutes of reflexology. The serivce they meant is weak massaging for five minutes on each hand and feet. I was expecting at least 10 minutes on my hands and 10 minutes on my feet. The coupon was misleading because every manicure/pedicure in other places include a short massage. What was even worse was that they over charged me and gave themselves an extra tip and when I called about it to see if it was a mistake, the manger was rude and would not let me finish what I was saying. She just kept talking over me. I could not believe the rudeness. Spas are suppose to be calming and relaxing. Instead what I got was frustration overcharged!
