Overall

The hotel has a non-existant standard of comfort. Sheets, curtains, towels are shabby, i.e. sheets you can see through, curtains unwashed and torn, towels frayed! The dining room is very noisey due to hard surfaces. Most bedrooms face out to courtyard with minimal view of sky. We were allocated a bedroom with 4 beds (there were 2 of us) and two of the mattresses were worn out, something grotty was staining the ceiling in the bathroom, and there was mould round the basin, the wardrobe doors were broken, voile curtain was not hung up properly and was dirty. We were "told off" for not sitting in the correct place at dinner by a waiter. We complained and were offered another room: The beds etc were ok but the sheets were still thinner than the voile curtains and did not fit the bed adequately. All the rest was passable but not 3 star plus as Cosmos claim. The entertainment was good for our age group (over 50).
