service needs improving
Overall
Went to the hotel's caferteria on a busy Saturday evening, mine and my partners plates and cutlery were unclean and greasy, food tasted fine though, our drinks never got delivered even though we had already asked the waiter for them, when I went to pay less the drinks, they left me waiting and didn't even bother to offer an apology . Atmosphere was chaotic, best avoided on busy weekends.
