This 18 storey, 325 room motel is a bit different than most in the chain, it's a three sided high rise. That means rooms are often a bit unusual in shape, echoing the triangular exterior. Many offer great views of the nearby theme parks, so from some you can watch the park's sparkling fireworks displays. This big Best Western resort works hard to live up to its resort billing, offering gift shops, a restaurant, lounges, and a heated outdoor pool and children's pool area. Attractively decorated rooms with televisions offering pay per view movies and in-room Nintendo games.

we where in shock .

there where a lot of nice things that we thought would be a good reason to stay at this disney hotel. There where problems from the moment that we walked into the hotel. The people behind the desk were very rude and not friendly at all. We had payed for the trip bewfore hand yet they didnot have itin the computer. Our room was dirty and the walls very thin so you could hear everything. The 2 day we where there they decided to change the tialing on dthe bathroom floor and as we returned from our day at disney found the room had not been cleaned and we had no bathroom floor. if i where to recommened this hotel i would not .

Never again

My husband and I had reservations for 3 days but only stayed 2, we found it dirty and unfriendly. There was no lock on the bathroom door and no toilet seat, no place to put things while bathing and my bed had hair on the sheet. I will never stay at a Best Western again, it ruined my vacation

Great Place

My husband and I stayed in this hotel in June for 5 days and found it to be a very clean and friendly hotel. It was very convienient to to the disney area and there was plenty of free transportation waiting for you if you did not want to take your car. We had a nice view of the area and we recommend staying up high to see everything. Definitely will return and recommend this hotel to others.
