As one of the most famous restaurants in the city, the patron must come prepared to taste test as many items on the menu as humanly possible. The house speciality is its Triple that combines chicharrón (pork rind), stuffed rocoto (chilli peppers) and patitas de carnero en salsa (leg of mutton in sauce). The spacious dining areas accommodate both large gatherings of families—who flock here on holidays—and business meetings alike. All areas are decorated with wooden objects; there is a dance floor for special events and a stage where orchestras perform.
